Steveline wrote about one of his ideas for a Kurotsuke kind of effect, and I thought to post it here since the effects you can perform with his method have certainly some value.
Steve shared his method with me and therefore you'll find my comments after his descriptions - Quote:

I like the simplicity and direct-ness of the parlor routine. Right up my alley!

I have the same thoughts john:
and is good to know you could perform this on a bigger scale if you needed to -- but I won't be invited soon on oprah wimphrey: I'm no angel [criss angel I mean] |

John and Psi...
The parlour version is also the one that - in my opinion - is easier to perform (I cannot go into the whys, but it has to do with spectator's management, albeit indirectly). There are also other good news which, for the moment being, I cannot discuss. If any of you is even remotely interested in this, let your voice to be heard!

And the beauty of this is - once again -
No magnets so that you don't need to touch the bag... No electronics and yet you can perform this while being miles away... And I believe that - once you know what the necessary props are - you won't ever need to buy refills or other things... In case of need, you will just build another set for yourself. Isn't that great? Suggested answer: Yes, Paolo. It's great!

Also, Dan, John, Meraux and Dsacks are going to get a little thing I came up in 2001 (!) and published as a full article in 2006.
I mention thse dates, which you will find in this little gift I'm sending you, only because lately many people thought of using magnets, sleight of hand, light and heavy balls and - modesty aside - I had thought of all of these methods (and more) before any of them. I simply had no interest to market my thoughts on this, but I can give you four my old notes in .pdf form for free. Check your mailboxes...

And of course, it should go without me saying it, Steveline's method was probably the only one I NEVER thought of...

Many thanks, sir! Most gratious.
And now I'm really wondering what Steveline has come up with. |

I quite like the line "The performer then says that unfortunately he doesn't possess this gift, but someone who did would easily be able to detect which person in a group was holding a white stone when all the others held black stones."
Sounds great! |

Certainly I am very interested in this routine ... I would love to know where to get it.
And Paolo, if you are still sending out copies of your material, I would be most grateful to receive it. Cheers ...... Charles |
