Years ago I purchased the coin purses for Scotty York's "Goldfinger" routine while attending a lecture he presented. After using the gold coin purse for many years, the gold has worn off in places. I tried using several different products to fill in the worn spots, but have not discovered anything the lasts longer than one or two handlings before it too falls off. Does anyone konw either how to contact Scotty York or where I might find a resource where I can purchase more of these purses? I no longer do the "Goldfinger" routine but use the purse and coins from Ireland with a leprechaun themed patter, for a "Coins through the Table" routine Al Schneider taught me in the 70's. Thanks for the help.

Try Contacting Denny and Lee Magic. Denny is the official manufacturer and distributor of Scotty's products. Scotty used to live in Virginia and then he moved. I corresponded with him several times. Though I don't know where he is presently.

Have you tried going to a crafts store? They may have some kind of adhesive that works on the material the purse is made of.
