The first in the second year of podcasts finds the hosts in Florida interviewing Tony Brent of the Outta Control Comedy Magic Dinner Show in Orlando, along with Science and Tips with Mark Tripp, Faith Renee has a routine for Six Bill Repeat, devotion with Pastor Rob Watkins, along with a message for Descendant by Jay Sankey, an object lesson of prayer, and more with Oz and Wilde.

You can download it on iTunes (search by either "Christian Conjurer" or even "magician" seems to work) or you can just listen to it at http://www.themagicpodcast.com where all the archives are still available (not so on iTunes).

Thanks to the Pod-cast crew for all you do to make this possible. Great Job!

I got to see Tony last year and hope to see him again Feb. next year.

Thanks Phill and ChrisG -

It was a lot of fun sitting and talking with/interviewing Tony after his show. I've seen his show now five times...this was the first time without Danny. And the show is still great. Magicians can learn a lot from his creativity. I think his thinking is nicely expressed in the podcast interview.

This is a great podcast that I'm really enjoying. How old is Faith Renee?

Faith Renee is now 11 years old and is in sixth grade. Her part of the program is how we often share the gospel message on the show...something we try to do every time as we know non-Christians are listening. Originally we had her on the show for novelty, in the first couple of podcasts she only reviewed very expensive effects...but then we found out people were listening to her and made her segment a little more down to earth...and thus Kid's Corner was created.

Listened to the latest program last night - A+! Excellent job, learned something and kept even my wandering attention. Great resource and much appreciated.

Specifically, on the broadcast I listened to, after the "end" of it, there appears to have been a bonus list of pieces of sage advice for magicians. I thought that these unrelated sentences of random thoughts were terrific (and convicting). So if listening to this broadcast (the one where Wilde is the "spirit of magic" at the beginning), keep your computer going, the very end is very good- after the credits and thank yous to the participants.

Thanks Roger for the kind words. That "bonus" was something we hoped would hit a chord with our listeners. Those bits of wisdom are from Hugard's Magic Monthly published years ago. I was fortunate to obtain 140 issues of the publication (will eventually break down and buy the whole bound set one of these days).

These gems of wisdom are quite thought provoking. But I didn't know how to fit them into the podcast. So as you no doubt heard "Wilde" over emphasize the "keep listening" point. Look for more of those next year. Will try to have one of those every quarter or so.

And as always, we appreciate the feedback.
