Yes John and Iain , all of us here at the Café who have read your to-ings and fro-ings are aware of your obsessive attraction to imp devices so buy one already and stop asking all these unnecessary questions which will do nothing to sway you from parting with your cash

Hey all,
I have PM'ed some answers to the above questions, if you have a question that is a bit tricky to answer without exposure please PM me and I am ony too happy to help. One thing I MUST point out from the start (and this is stated clearly in the instructions) is that the Sniper is far more suited to simple drawings than words although Joshua Quinn has a nice tip that helps if you want to use words (search and you will find it). That should clear up a few things for those in the know. The pens are an Artline 770 freezer bag marker specially selected for their suitability in this kind of application. Believe me I have tested MANY different markers and this particular one is still my favourite. The innovation I have made is not to do with how the i********n is gained, it is the new construction design of the pad that allows for a super slick p**k. Close the pad, you got the p**k - it's that simple!! Matter of fact you are not even conscious of having to p**k when you do this, it just 'happens' naturally. Also the p**k is not just a fleeting glimpse so you don't run the risk of missing it. Hard to say more without doing myself a dis-service, suffice to say people who have played with this almost always make a comment such as... 'that is so brilliantly simple why didn't I think of it?' All the best and happy Sniping!! Al ALSO I have a nice extra incentive for i*******n device addicts (I am one of the them!!). I will throw in a free bonus if you would care to PM me I can let you know what this is.

I've been using the Janus pad for years. If the Sniper pad is comparable please PM me. Not that another imp pad would hurt me at all

Every problem contains the seeds of its own solution. Unfortunately every problem also contains the seeds of an infinite number of non-solutions, so that first part really isn't super helpful.

I thought you didn't eat shrimps in Autrstralia but ate prawns instead?
Wasnt the famous phrase "Throw another shrimp on the barbie" done for the American audiances since they do call a prawn a shrimp? Anyhoo. Does anyone actually wear those corked hats over there?? I would love to wear one over here but the british are so stuck up I would be banished from the Queens Land. (The Queen is a useless publicity attraction anyway) M |

I should start out by saying that I was comped a pre release copy by the gracious Al, but would be saying the same about this product if I had purchased it outright. And I WILL purchase replacements. To start with it is professionally packaged, and the gimmicks/prop are top notch quality. There is enough extra 'special stuff' for tons of performances! The thing I like about the Sniper Pad is how natural it feels to use. The p**k can be obtained in one fluid motion, and is undetectable by any spectator. Seriously it just flies right by them. I have now performed this for a few people and the fantastic thing for me is that the pad is 100% examinable. They won't find a thing. The first time I tried this was on my partner, who spent a full minute scouring the pad to find it's secret. She came up empty handed. I happened to have friends around for dinner this evening, and the response was tremendous. It really is clever thinking. The impression is 100% reliable and does not rely on pressure. The reset takes seconds. And there are other ways to do a quick reset that Al doesn't cover in the instructions (IMO). Once you own the pad you will know what I mean. The fact that it is a spirax notebook is fantastic for us Aussies as they are in abundance here. For international users, this looks like something that is purchased from your local news agent, and the front cover is perfectly made to conceal any trickery. All in all, a fantastic product and something I WILL use. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone. Luke |
