That's wierd. Maybe someone from E can jump in and explain the shipping costs of E. It's not making any sense.

I was only charged $5.00 shipping for the same number of decks, and I live much father than you. I live in a different country. It sounds like E may actually be gauging american customers. I don't know for sure, but it would be nice to find out why E charges the way they do.

I redid my "order" today and this is what I got:

- 2 Decks: $12.99
- Shipping to New Jersey: $5.24

That is a total of $18.23 for 2 decks ($9.12 per deck).

Nearly $10 per deck is still a bit much... Don't you think??

Still-- I rather wait til other Magic Shops get these decks and not have to pay for shipping.

Ellusionist even offers $3.00 Flat-rate shipping, but only for orders of $50 or more. Well, I don't want to spend $50. What can't I get a Flat-rate of $3.00, instead of $5.24???

I'm not sure what to tell you all about the shipping. But I do know that Ellusionist has never lost one of my orders, delayed in sending it, or had any issues of any kind. I have had issues with other sites when it comes to shipping.

Anyways. I ordered my 2 trail decks and saved some of my money. And Ellusionist is selling a lot of these decks. They sent an e-mail out with over 6,000 sold. So I guess shipping isn't to bad for some.

Anyways...the promo code will be there for a few more days from what I hear.

Got my cards today in the mail.

I am definitely happy and disappointed.

I am very excited and impressed with the white version of this deck.

VERY NICE.
But the blacks...well, I don't think they are up to par with the white. I feel like they don't show the details.

Anyone notice the snake on the front of the box?

In regards to shipping (whether getting items from Ellusionist or anyone else for that matter) - have you been to the post office lately, or even United Parcel?

With all the new regulations and raise hikes it is no wonder that anyone can afford to stay in business these days - it is truly ridiculous.

Just venting out-loud. Shipping DVDs to customers (The Magic Bakery) is getting more expensive every few months with no end in sight it would seem.

I just gotta say I am probably the most wasteful of anyone here on the Café, and I have no problem admitting it! Ha!

Heck, I'm actually kind of proud to say that I drove with a buddy all the way to Oregon from California to get a Johnson Hopping Half and a dang TT! Ha!
