Yes the switch does belong to Bernard Bilis. The name is actually jus that, the Bilis Switch. BB has some wonderful routines with the switch.
Long is so much fun to watch, his attitude is infectious. I can't imagine an audience that doesn't love to see him. Top notch.

There's a description of the Bilis Switch in John Bannon's fantastic book Smoke and Mirrors. Bannon of course puts it to great use.

What I like about his performance is his exceptional clarity, while maintaining a quick and engaging tempo. It is rare to see a coin effect performed with such clarity. He keeps saying "little biddy..." Is that an Americanism?
