Hi,
I've been told it takes 20 minutes to hypnotize your participants (10 minutes before the induction + 10 minutes of induction). Do you need as much time for the feats described in Mc Gill's book? Do you condition your participants before the show...? Thanks. |

Hi, Julien.
It depends on the induction you're using. There are rapid inductions and not-so-rapid inductions. Also, your pre-talk can be short or long depending on how you write it. I would recommend going to: http://www.stagehypnosiscenter.com Mike

Inductions can be as short as thirty seconds. A lot depends on the pre-hypnosis induction. If your advance publicity has done it's job. Many in the audience will be in some sort of hypnotic state before you start.
