I think I accidentally stumbled upon the method (I believe) for this effect yesterday. If it is the same, it is certainly an interesting method. I will try to buy the Liquify effect soon, although I just made a big order for Christmas.
Onto the wishlist it goes! |

This looks like a great effect, however, I'm not sure this is for the working magician. I can't imagine at strolling or table gig dipping a piece of paper in to a spectators drink, or even pouring some water on to a piece of paper.
Am I the only one who thinks like this? AP. |

When the working magician wants to be sure to nail down a gig and the decision maker is waiting to be amazed and you have only one chance to do so - you bring out your VERY BEST, MOST IMPACTFUL PRESENTATION of Liquify...
...It will almost certainly be unlike anything the decision maker has ever seen before - and likely be inexplicable as well. Said gig nailed and Solidified by Liquify. --

Just ordered this.
When I get it next week. I will post my honest thoughts, and review it just like Ben Train did. Seems there are fewer reviews this time around than Powerball 60. Wonder why? Automatic Mystery is a great company, I will buy anything they put out! Alex

I'm getting the biggest impact when I'm with friends who I know will harass me to do something. So, I set it up with a menu, or a napkin (or even the bill) and wait. Eventually they'll say "hey magicboy- magish for us!" and I'll stammer that I'm not ready... but I'll try something... And then blow their minds. The problem with introducing it during a set is that if they KNOW you were planning on performing it- then you could have set it up in advance. It's much less impressive that way. But, I HAVE used it professionally. I set up something in the venue and then when I'm finished I will inevitably be asked to do one more thing (after I've packed up of course!). So, I mention I'm packed up... but I'll try something. Boom. As far as why there might be fewer reviews... unlike PB60 this is an effect that lends itself better to creativity since there are way more presentation options. That means people aren't done playing with it, and haven't had the chance to review it yet. Just some thoughts. Ben
