Anyone know of any effects you can do with cards with a mirror image face? Kind of "Left handed" cards? Where the pips are in the top right and bottom left.

Maybe a printing type effect where you put a court card and a blank faced card face to face. Then you peel them apart and you have "printed" a mirror image.
It's just an idea and I don't have a handling for it. I just thought it might get the ball rolling |

The numbers and letters around the pips are not mirror imaged.

The Suggestion above by drumdemon is perfectly valid, as long as you use a certain card.
Speaking specifically to the "Lefty Deck", there are 8 cards that are actual mirror images - The Aces and 8s. There is also a blank card supplied, so you can rock that effect right out of the box. "Mirror" type effects don't work as well with non-symmetrical cards like a King or 7, but with an Ace or 8, they're perfect. For simple reveals, put a Lefty Card into a regular deck. Let's say it's the 4 of Clubs. Force the normal 4 of Clubs on your audience. Before they return the card to the deck, ask them to give it a 180-degree spin. Spread the cards face-up, and the reverse-index 4 will stick out like a sore thumb. At first, the audience will think, "Yeah, of course, cause I turned it around..." Give them a chance to figure out that the card is actually printed differently. If you want that to end a bit more cleanly, palm or cop the regular 4 out of the deck, leaving only the reversed card behind. I've found that this usually isn't an issue, as people don't go looking through the deck for the "real" card, but it's an option if you want to play it safe or have a particularly difficult spectator. There are lots of possibilities that open up when you start mix-and-matching regular cards and reverse-index cards. Kevin
