I have been performing Spiked ... and I am considering taking it to a gig that requires Air Transport.
What do I have to do to board the plane with this magic prop? I have a spike that may be considered to be dangerous. Thanks, Martini |

You cannot carry on this type of prop. Even though your local terminal approves it, if you change planes, you will run into problems.
It will have to be in your checked luggage, with your cloths. |

With all the lost and mis-directed luggage the past two years,
I now FedEx all my questionable, sensitive, and necessary props, to and from my performance locations. Walt |

I actually fed ex or ups a lot of my stuff if I am flying I never check stuff!
ever since my show for disney went haywire. one case ended up in californina ( I was doing florida) another went to katrina relief! and the other was sent back to philadelphia becasue it did not have a lock on it!? Fed ex and ups much safer! heck now when I travel even for personal time I fedex my suitcase to the hotel instead of taking it onthe plan! good luck sam
