There's a new trick out called the 'Cups & Balls Outdone'. Currently being sold by several dealers and on eBay. http://www.trickproduction.com/close-up/......one.html

Anybody got it and can tell us what it's like?

I haven't seen this at any dealer's yet. I spotted it on eBay.de. It looks like a shell game variant.

Meh, is this deceptive enough to not be completely obvious to a spectator what is going on here?

Unless I am misunderstanding what I see in the video (and I REALLY don't think I am) this is a concept I remember from a beginner's magic book many years ago (30 or 40?) using paper party cups. The angles are very, very limiting, shall we say, and the props are definitely NOT examinable. I would not suggest this to anyone performing close up...or at all, really.

Shouldn't this be in the Not Very Magical section?

I actually purchased this. It is more of a monty routine and is fun to do. Works well with kids. I purchased it at http://www.magictricks.com/cups-and-balls-outdone.html

Here's what you'll get:
set of FOUR cups- three black, one white
printed instructions
BONUS: FREE set of four sponge balls
BONUS: FREE video with tips and routine

Here is a link to the routine (not to hard to figure out): http://youtu.be/yQxF77ykIBk
