I was wondering if you folks could go to the following website and let me know if you can see the video. This is because a customer of my company is in the midst of driving me nuts because he has my name, thinks I'm wonderful, and continues calling various departments claiming that modems are blocking him from seeing his video. I have to help him next week get some computer configuring done and I have doubt that regardless of the free equipment we give him he will still complain. I'm just wondering if anyone cannot see the vid and can let me know how one might go about changing the computer to be able to see it.
NOTE: I am NOT advocating you read anything on the site, I think he is a bit of a scammer and I prefer you don't listen to the video or watch more than a few seconds of it to let me know if it runs. This isn't dirty or anything, just some old dude yapping about something. Thank you. http://thinkhealth.ws/ |

I'm sure it is BS, I listened to the guy for an hour today.
Again, I do not want anyone reading or listening to the site cz I didn't. |

It's a Flash video. It can be played by Adobe's FlashPlayer. This is what most people use to watch most youtube videos.
Tell him to go to this link http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and install Adobe FlashPlayer. By the way, if he's running a 64-bit computer with the Microsoft Windows Vista 64-bit or Microsoft Windows 7 64-bit operating system, he'll have to use the 32-bit web browser on his system. All Windows 64-bit operating systems currently include both a 32-bit version and a 64-bit version of Internet Explorer. Adobe currently doesn't provide a FlashPlayer that works with the 64-bit Internet Explorer.
Humans make life so interesting. Do you know that in a universe so full of wonders, they have managed to create boredom. Quite astonishing.

Santa, I can see the video, but... I had to clear it first through my anti spyware protection. If your client has a protected computer and is not technically savvy, this might explain his problem.

I actually believe it his security settings. He has two computers, laptop and desktop, and said he couldn't see it on either. I suggested taking the laptop to another location to see if it would work, it did, thus his conclusion it is our signal at fault (note we don't filter or sensor anything). He also went to a website that verifies if your system IP is 'banned', of course his was so he was refered to a site in Serbia who you pay to remove the IP address from the 'black list'. Of course he had a very common IP and it isn't banned but he thinks we did that to him as well. Good times.
