No but it's pretty easy to figure out watching the video. Kind of dopey, but for what it is I think it has great possibilities.

I don't think this is an effect at all. No discription, ust a plastic fish with a ring attached.

Pete, I thought exactly the same thing that it seems very obvious. I wish it could be done like the Chinese fishing line - would be great to be able to produce such a large fish without your jacket's cover on a very visible piece of rope. I'm going to try to make one myself.

Oh, I did not see the video on my 1st visit. The fish in the video seems much larger then the on in the picture, with hand comparison.

As stated previously, this is not really a trick, just someone that found a plastic fish and made up a very poor use for it.
