Hi Guys
Just some help with some research as I’m trying to find a practical method for the milk from elbow effect. The angle I'm taking is of a normal un-gimmicked funnel but a gimmicked glass that allows the liquid level to rise and fall as if the glass is being filled or emptied. So the question I won’t to ask is there a gimmicked glass that can do this? I have looked at Murphy’s and found the Wonder Glass by Uday but it only refers to the liquid finishing so I don’t know if the opposite is true as well. Any help on this or other products that could fit the bill would much appreciated. Magically Aus |

In the e-Book "Party Cup Magic" in the Dollar Store Magic (Book 1) section on my site, I show you how to make a "Gizmo Glass" which can fill and unfill and is actually used for a routine similar to the one you have in mind by several magicians. The usual way is to have the milk or wine seem to come out of the "victim's" nose, but the elbow can also work just fine.

Ummmm...a question here: Is not to rude to use an Ice Pro Pick to make a " Hole" in the childrens arm? I have one and never have the ***** to use it!

Aus,
You need to talk to Sean Taylor at Taylor's Magic Shop in Chatswood. He has a thing called the Ever Filling Glass, that would definitely do the job for you. Cheers Billy |

I think Abbott's Gizmo Glass may be what you are looking for. The other one is Ricki Dunn's Drink Trick by Paul Romhany (at Hocus Pocus). Check it out . . . I have Drink Trick but may be willing to sell... PM me if interested (I'll want to recover 2/3 of retail price - it is new).

Instead of pretending to make a hole with an ice pick, why not just have the kid hold onto a faucet, attached to a short length of pipe? It's easy enough to find the stuff at a hardware store.
