Hi folks,
I suffer to say this, but I have to admit that David Blaine was one the first magicians who started my interests in magic. I wanna know what other magicians, begginers and advanceds, think about him? Is he good? Is he studied by other magicians? Or he is just an intermediate magician who made success because of his grave-digger face? Thanks |

I personally don't like him that much. He did a lot of camera tricks in more ways than one. He didn't float, he used a harness.etc that would only work on TV. He didn't read their minds, he guessed 20 and only showed you the time that he got it right. He already got personal information, he didn't just walk up and see them for the first time. But the biggest reason that I don't like him is because he didn't use any patter or persentation at all in any way. The cards changed, why did they change? How did they change. Why did the card jump to the top, was it the "houdini card" was it an ace who thought that he should always "be on top".
