Thanks Neil and I am in complete agreement with you. I was thinking that the new laws governing blogging and youtube may have something to do with this and a great lawyer might argue it into law but you are right. No protection.
I have my own version of Banachek's PK touches but the effect is still his no matter how much I dress it up and I might impart what I do with it but never for money. |

Well, I bought PK Touch UP yesterday.
Unlike some of the author's ebooks, wich are simply a (hopefully authorized ?) resume of someone else's publications, I would say that this is not a rip off. But, IMO, it isn't completely original either, because those ideas were used in a slightly different way/context before by other performers. In this video you learn substancially to construct the gimmick, and Scott doesn't explain any really new ways or nuances on how to use it effectively. Talking about the hypnotic induction that should be the new idea on how to sell the trick, I expected some indepth explanation, but there was none. The induction process he talks about is simply an old phisical gag and by no means could you call it an induction process. I also believe that this system is impractical, because it is angle-sensitive. Why would you use such a clumsy way/gimmick when you have other more practical, more invisible and - above all - ungimmicked ways to perform Invisible Touches? |

Wolf,
Your post reminds me of a name... Christopher Carter! I won't say more here but if Christopher wants, he can elaborate ...
Then you'll rise right before my eyes, on wings that fill the sky, like a phoenix rising!
