It occoured to me that magic companies must get their thead from some manufacturer. That I could find it in bulk for cheaper. I think the title is IT not IET. If this is the case, your second link is very close.
Most of the IT are Kelvar thread. However, they must be dye to black instead of the natural yellowish color. The thread must be yarn instead of spun (very hard to separate the filaments.
