I happened to find a card wallet in my drawer, with 5 playing cards:
AceofClubs with an index pip of 3ofClubs
AceofHearts with a diagonally split back design showing half of a 4ofDiamonds
AceofDiamonds with half of 10ofDiamonds on the back
AceofSpades with half of 8ofHearts on the back
Normal JackofDiamonds

No instructions included...what is the name of the trick these cards are used for?

The name of the packet trick is "Ace in the hole" by Nick Trost from 1974.
You find the instruction in his book " Subtle Card Creations Vol.2".
A nice poker trick.

Trost's Ace in the Hole is also on Michael Ammar's Easy to Master Card Miracles Volume 6. The DVD also comes with those cards.

Does any one know where I can get cards for Ace In The Hole? I got mine with Michael Ammar ETMCM 6 and want a back up set.

You can design the trick cards using the card generator from Card Shark. He will then print the cards on demand.

Card Sharks card generator lets you split the card vertically or diagonally. The Ace In The Hole cards are split at an angle between those two. I think it allows a fairer looking spread.
