I posted this in another section I don't know where to put it--- one of things I'd like to do for a certain kids show routine is, basically-- change a coin into an ear, so thought I'd try "hear".
Hear me out on this, I am looking for a rubber ear. NOT the hollow jumbo kind that you can place over your ears. But the kind that are a solid and are slightly larger than say, a silver dollar. Bob Little used to have them but he told me he has none left- does anyone know what I am talking about? Can anyone tell me where I might find one? Look forward to Hearing from you- Mark

I got one years ago from Tom Burgoon. Don't know if he is still selling them.
Another avenue is ears found among other small body parts sold in little packets. Usually they contain foot, nose, hand and yes ear.

Well, there's this one, though the blood might be just a little disconcerting for the kiddies!

Even more disconcerting is the fact that it reads, "out of stock" !

I've seen rubber ears at borders book store, in a gag facial features pack. I personally bought a bunch of rubber noses. maybe you could try there!
