Greetings y'all... only been on this site a few days and already I can see how truly great it is... I'm new to posting on forums like this and have a couple questions of tricks I used to do (which I have since lost) -- but would like to purchase again... In which forum should I post descriptions of these tricks so I can get their "catalog" names in order to purchase them again?

BTW: Since you're already here... the first one is a trick with "memory" wire... you could straighten it out, force a card, and then dip the wire in something hot (coffee) and it would return to it's original shape -- that of the forced card (e.g., A<>)...

the second is a gimmicked prop that concealed a card... there was a way to open the prop so that the audience could see through it and it appeared that the card was gone... the best way to describe the plastic prop is that it had "prison bars" on it... that shifted... not sure how else to describe this one...

Thanks!

Welcome to the Café.
"memory" wire may still be available at Haines House of Cards in Norwood Ohio. Look em up on the web you will have to call them as they have no website. Talk to Bill Pryor, Betty, or Bill one of them should remember the stuff.

Glad your here
