Not convinced it's real.
She cuts into the lump, deeply, with a scalpel, and there's no pain? And if it is real, and it smells as bad as she says, it's not a zit, it's a boil or abcess. Plus, for that level of infection, the lump and the skin around it would be very red and inflamed, and painful to the touch. I think we need Jeremy's opinion on this one.
