http://www.magicgeorge.co.uk/twinklestick.html Thanks George Posted: Mar 10, 2010 9:08am Hey, I have very little experience and posted a link to a product without buying an ad. Please tell me off about it repeatedly to keep this post at the top. |

Hey - what a great and clever little prop. I'm sure creative children's magicians will soon find a use for this. However, for the non creative magicians (ie like me!) George has supplied 3 pages of instructions (4 if you include changing the batteries) suggesting various uses and 2 complete routines.
I originally wanted one because of a routine that I read somewhere about catching a fairy - this wand lends itself very well to that concept (unforunately I now can't find the book!) I think it's only fair to say you also need a special "magician's gimmick" to operate it. However, you'll almost certainly have one laying around - and if you don't they're not very expensive. All in all - a worthwhile purchase. Mark P.S. My 2 year old daughter also loved it! |

Cheers Mark. I originally made the wand to use in Poz's Saga of Sarah Sausage trick which featured a fairy godmother. I dropped the routine but kept the wand

They're activated using a PK/wizard ring or similair device and of course you need a dlight if you want to do the pull the light off the wand effect. G |

Well you have given me a wonderful Idea that I am stunned I did not think of so thank you . My Potter wand lights up at the end and I never thought of combining it with a delite or other wonderful lighted effects LOL
