I have performed this for Famiy/friends four times now. Each time the can has been examined pretty closely....nothing found! They can I suppose but you would tend to open it yourself. Not to risk exposure: Yes but unless occasionally doing the bonus routine by Craig Petty, I am going to go for the more visual milk option...no fizz required. Not to risk exposure: 2-3 mins minimal effort. Not to risk exposure: Not too long. No..if instructions followed properly. It is well worth the money and small amount of preparation required. Paul Mc.

I agree this is a very strong effect. Yes you must use a force but the force is easy and forgetable. They think they have a free choice and that is all that matters. To answer some questions.
1. The can must be upright at all times as there will be some leakage if tilted on it's side. 2. If you use a carbonated drink, don't prep to far in advance, think of how long it takes for a coke to go flat... base it on that. I use red wine or milk depending on my audience. 3. If the can is prepared correctly (you will know what I mean when you open your first can and look inside- you will find a dead give-a-way that is easily fixed but not address in the video) it is fully examinable and the spectator can open and pour themselves, although I don't see the purpose of that... if you open you can build the moment. 4. The can can be prepared in minutes. Literally takes me 2 minutes now. Hope this helps Well worth the money and refills are reasonable ( 30 for $15.00) |

Hi all, I need help in making the decision here. I've ALWAYS wanted to do impossible can effects like Signed Coin In Can (which the coin is bigger than the can opening), or putting a ship in a can, or changing the drink of the can to the one thought about by the spectator [especially that one] etc.. Now I have seen both effects I just don't see the difference ? All I see is that in Cansposed, you waste 1 gimmick every time you perform it so eventually it is expensive. In spirit can it's a booklet, there is no gimmicks involved. So can anyone tell me the difference between them or how hard is it to set up the can using SPIRIT CAN because I would prefer having it as a METHOD rather than a GIMMICK I waste every performance once. Thanks all.

If I recall correctly, the Spirit Can booklet is ways to gimmick a can to achieve the effects. I'll take a look for it tomorrow, but I don't think there are any ungimmicked routines.

For those using Cansposed in your routine can I ask what type of glue you are using for the gimmick. It' says on the DVD to use superglue. Just wondering from a health and safety point of view if there is a more non toxic alternative.
