Oh Dorian

For sure. It's why I went to the CIA. I put the fate of my food in very few hands. Smile

Al, The Roast Pork at Tony Luke's is legendary. Get it with the sharp provolone on it and most like the broccoli rabe on it as well (not me tho.

And Dorian, anytime you want to come back you are most welcome, but you have to bring Ursula.

OK so I ask Frank Garcia for his favorite Meatloaf recipe'. Frank says...................buy the book. Smile

So Marc, shall I bring my Global knives and my chefs toque?

This could be the best lecture yet.

No need. I have a great Thai restaurant nearby that I'm taking you to for dinner before the lecture. Is that Ok?

Whoa, you are right. It was freezing out there, but we had a ball. Plus the Macy's Parade the next morning...freezing again!

Looking forward to Wednesday night. Just got in from Denny's Magic Shop, great turnout, many old friends, and a few new ones. They loved the special deal we offered, and as always great spending time with Denny. He is the best. It was great seeing Chris Kenworthy there too, and Howie Schwartzman and his lovely Bride. We had a blast. Thanks.

Wednesday will be special. Hope to see many of you there.

Thanks for the heads-up Craig. Those pics are super, thanks for sharing them with us and I especially appreciate the view of Marc's theater. Really awesome. It looks like you had a great time on your tour and thank Joanne for us too for taking them.

You are very welcome. There were more pics, but tried Joanne wanted to give a brief overview before people were there and did not want to interfere. Gives you an idea though. Great setup and place. Marc is the best host as well.
