Does Casanova know he's bad? Is he tryoing to be bad? Is the audience really in on the joke or are they just getting a bad impression of magic in general?

Are you saying people are laughing at him and he isn't in on the joke?

Please assure us that Silvan is passing more often on italian TV than this guy ?

Oliver.

Well, I have to say no. Smile
Silvan has been almost banned from TV because he did a political joke that offended the owner of the TV channel wich is actually Mr.Berlusconi.
After that day (3-4 months ago) I haven't seen him anymore....

On the other side, I saw Casanova doing a sloppy performance of Sankey's Airtight. It was the saddest performance ever.
At least here we don't have the masked magician ^_^

At least, where I live, we realize the consequences of not allowing other opinions to be heard.

As for how Casanova gets on TV, I'm reminded of an old saying: It's not who you know, it's who you ****. Sadly, talent will only get you so far. Casanova's lips are apparently getting a workout.

That's probably why he calls himself Casanova.

Ok, so you want to know a bit about Scaramouche now Casanova. There is a program on Italian tv. every night at about 830 pm Italian time called Striscia La Notizia he is seen on SATURDAYS.
which is on their chanel 5 owned by the the italian premier.
Years ago upon talking to an ex(no name please)president of the CMI told me that they tried to push him out but to no avail. There is an article on one of the CMI magazine called Magia Moderna n.1 year XLVII written by Roberto Ricci on page 59,for those that want to search this. I have no logical answer for this individual other than: It is said that he is the nephew of Anthony Ricci a big Italian tv producer, fact or fiction? I don't know.

Hi friends,
I know I've just posted, but could not help myself after thinking of this thread.

Our friend and now Mentalist from Pozzuoli area said that Casanova received the Merlin award. That is correct or at least seems so. It was given to him by no less than Tony Hassini (Burger king) himself on the tv program above mentioned. If we read the names of the recipients of this honor one cannot help to wonder to a hanky panky situation, it's just plain inconceivable, at least to logic. His Vegas attempt bombed out.
