There are re-prints of the old Brill Plans and others. Wayne has nice cleaned up copies of some like the girl in the fish bowl at http://www.goodmagic.com/websales/index_carny.htm .
Scott has a great plan for the disembodied head. http://www.bigheadstudio.com/toppage64.htm I have seen Scott's prototypes and they look good.

If you search eBay for "brill plans" a lot comes up. And go to Mickey Hades to find even more illusion plans:

Paul Osburne's "Haunted Illusions" is a gold mine, includes a whole chapter on Zambora.
http://www.magiclegends.com/paulosbornemagicillusion.html The only thing in the book I don't endorse is his blade box, get that plan from goodmagic. If you buy Brill plans, get the old funky looking ones, not the new "improved" versions with the colored picture of a clown's head being sold on eBay.
One of the last living 10-in-one performers. I wanted to be in show business the worst way, and that was it.
