Hello folks. The deliverys where sent as planed on the 28th. Sorry for the late reply but keep in mind folks I have a life offline. You know family, friends and other commitments that take me to places that have slightly limited internet connections etc.

Im just back form stornaway since thursday attending to some brotherly buisnes where as stated the internet and cell conections leave a lot to be desired. I have been traveling all day so ill try and get all the tracking numbers paired up to email adresses and get them out to you asap. It may be a little hard to get me over the next few days due to similar commitments so keep that in mind folks. Real life needs to be delt with too.. Your shmoke should be with you very veyr soon ... enjoy..

Still waiting foe my refund after being told "on it now". WTF??????????? Alan....come on! According to Theory 11 "thousands of units have been sold". Can I please have my refund!

I think part of the problem is the language difference between the words and phrases we use here in the US and the ones they use across the pond. After doing some research, I think that "I'm on it now mate" loosely translates to "I'm going to the Pub with me mates to have a pint and throw some darts. I'll get to it when I get to it".

Remember Lou, Alan does have a life outside of actually taking care of business. I am so done with all of this...I'm sure you are too.

I don't think that anyone will chime in here to say they received their package. In fact, I don't think anyone will chime in here to say they received their shipping and tracking info that Alan promised he was going to get out to us "asap" three days ago. I guess "asap" loosely translated means:
A - All You
S - Suckers
A - Are
P - Pretty Much Screwed

The truly sad part to all of this is that at this point, even if it shows up to my doorstep today, I'm so jaded and fed up with this nonsense that I don't even want the thing anymore. I was a fan, now I'm just disappointed and done...

Can you really call my post "harsh and unnecessary"? It's definitely sarcastic, as that is my sense of humor. I can see by this thread that you have been waiting as long or longer than I have! I congratulate you on being more patient than I am at this point.

Since this started we have had delays explained away by things like, "I'm waiting on the parts to complete the units", "It's the volcano's fault" and "The post office lost them all".

There was almost a month of BS and finally Alan was so fed-up with dealing with all of us and this that he proclaimed that he was refunding all of us our money via Paypal, even if we actually receive the packages which never arrived. Once again, waiting, waiting, waiting...Now Alan posts that he is waiting on EVERYONE who did not receive their unit to follow his instructions and email him with the proper info. This is because he wants to do all of the refunds at once to cut down on Paypal fees (I've refunded money via Paypal, no fee involved) and so he can make one lump deposit. Finally, I see a refund posted to my Paypal account, only it's pending for 6 days. OK, I'll wait the 6 days. Now the refund is canceled, wait everyone's refund is canceled! Alan posts that he did have sufficient funds and does not know what happened. He tirelessly spends hours on the phone and waiting on emails from Paypal to clear it up and get us all paid.

Funny thing, once again we never received an explanation as to the cancellations and instead were offered an alternative. He would get the units from T11 and send then out, and I quote Alan here, "using DHL so there won't be any worries". Now we sit here waiting again, it's September 8th and he claims he shipped on the 28th of August or the 3rd of September depending on which of his posts you want to go by. We requested shipping and tracking info and were all COMPLETELY IGNORED for a few days. Finally, he tells us he's on it once again and we will get that shortly.

elimagic, can you see where I'm going with all this? Can you also see why I am absolutely NOT apologetic for my sarcastic post above? I'm sorry, but Alan's accuracy and credibility are more than suspect at this point to not only myself, but to many others who are waiting, waiting, waiting...

If this were me, I would have done ANYTHING & EVERYTHING I had to do at this point to satisfy all of the people who paid me hard earned money and were still not taken care of. For me, Alan's posture and lack of follow through are disrespectful to us as customers. If I were Alan, the minute I received the units from T11, I would have had them labeled and shipped out to all of us, via DHL as promised, and I would have had the shipping confirmations and tracking info emailed to all of us right then and there. I think you would agree that most people would have at that point.

Telling us that you have a life outside of all of this is bull. We ALL have lives as well. There is one fundamental thing I think you have failed to realize. When you take someone's money for goods and/or services, you have now created a business contract with that person. It is now you obligation to fulfill your side of that contract, they already have by providing you the money. Any issues or problems you find yourself running into are your issues and problems and should not be visited upon the people you contracted with. That's what doing business is all about. In my opinion, you have failed to do so up to this point in time.

One last thing and then I promise you I will refrain from posting and/or commenting on all of this. EVERYONE on this planet has "a life". Those lives are filled with challenges, hard work, issues and problems...THAT'S LIFE. Taking care of your business obligations are not secondary to any of that, they are part of your complicated and intricate life and should be given the priority and attention they warrant.

I'm sorry that this "business venture" has left us all standing here, all of us feeling what we are feeling, including you Alan. I want to thank you for all of your efforts to date, I just feel you have not always been as forthright or treated all of this with the priority you should have. If you were on my end, you might feel the same. As I promised, I'm out of this thread. Alan, if I do ever actually receive the unit, I will email you to let you know.

For Godsake everyone. How long have you been waiting to receive this friggin thing. I order magic from people and I get it within 2 weeks always if not sooner. If you guys do a little research you'll figure out how this thing works, as I did, and you can order what you need from other, more reliable sources and then just make up your own device.

There problem solved!

I completely agree with Astrocity. Strangely enough I'd intended on coming here to say pretty much exactly what he said. Saying that you "have a life outside of all this" as an excuse is ridiculous. You made the decision to sell a product and you took our money. You are running a business selling magic products. By doing this magic is no longer just your hobby but it's also become your job, so saying you have a life outside of this is not an excuse. Imagine I just randomly stopped going to work for several days, and nobody from work could reach me, and then finally (when it was convenient for me) I showed back up to work. Then when my employers were upset and asked me where I'd been I told them "I have a life outside of this job!" Guess what would happen next.

You need to start taking your business ventures more seriously and start acting a lot more responsible. Considering EVERYTHING that's happened and the MONTHS that we've been waiting, you should be treating this as your top priority. At this point, you just taking care of this stuff whenever it's convenient for you just isn't acceptable(that's why people are getting upset....again).

ALL YOU NEED TO DO is send us all the shipping and tracking info.(like you said you would). That way everyone will know for sure that there package has actually been sent and they will be able to track it and know exactly when it will arrive. That would more or less take care of the situation and you could be done with it all. So why don't you sit down TONIGHT and take care of it! It can't take that long to sort out all the tracking #'s and email them to us. So please just do it.
