Would anyone be interested in an eBook of reviews of magic iPhone apps.

You've seen my review style in the "Card Vision" topic, and hopefully, I come across as being fair and balanced, giving all the necessary information one would need before considering to buy a particular app.

Or has someone already beat me to the punch?

Count me in. That would be awesome!
It would really be quite tragic
if the world had to do without magic!

If regular updates are included in the original purchase price, that would be an interesting idea.

I was thinking of doing something along similar lines. However, I would use a handful of apps to demonstrate larger principles that could apply to any applications. A few of the topics I would include would be:

  • Methods to unobtrusively bring a device into play
  • Presentation tips for prediction apps
  • Understanding the difference between effect-driven apps and device-driven apps
  • Keeping the focus on the presentation

Steven, that sounds like a very good idea and I would be inline to get it.
But I'm also interested in the in-depth reviews especially if updates are free since the number of apps grows pretty quickly.

For the time being, I'll be posting the reviews on a hidden page on my website which anyone can access for free. Right now, it's located at: http://tinyurl.com/MagicApps

I'll add more reviews as time permits (and developers send me review copies).

Hi Philemon,

I also think that's a great idea. I would love to hear about the magic apps out there.

Let me know when you'll have something ready.
