*Grins... Okay, I tried this two years ago, and I will make a pitch again.
There is an increased interest in the great periodicals of the past. In the past few days alone here in May 2010 I have seen a number of discussions about them. I am trying to make a case for a section entitled Classic Mags of Magic (or whatever) that focuses on discussions of OOP periodicals from Mahatma to Apocalypse. Before you make a decision, could we please dialog on this first? I REALLY think that these journals deserve a more prominent section in the Café. Their importance is undeniable. I realize it is more work for Bill and the other admins, but, it would ALSO be an invaluable resource for both newcomers and veterans alike. Ahimsa, Vlad |

I thought "A Turn of the Page" was dedicated to old literature, including magazines. I don't know how much it's used, but if nobody uses what was provided there, there's probably not enough traffic to warrant a dedicated forum. If traffic was so high that it's interfering with other discussions, it would be a different matter.
No trees were killed in the making of this message, but a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

Absolutely correct. "Turn of the page" already exists and is meant for just this type of subject.
