Locals in a small Canadian town have been stumped by the appearance of a bizarre creature, which was dragged from a lake.
The animal, which has a long hairy body with bald skin on its head, feet and face, has prompted wild internet speculation that it is a more evolved version of the famous 'Montauk monster'. The creature was discovered by two nurses in the town of Kitchenuhmaykoosib in Ontario, Canada, while out on a walk with their dog. If you can't trust the Dail Mail who can you trust?

Some people think it's a chupacabra, but magicians know it's a chupacabracadabra!

Leave it to rest in peace.
We drag it around like some fairytale creature, I say then we are the "Monsters"...

Grisly.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

My best guess is that it's a bloated dog. Probally a pitbull. It looks like it might of drowned, explaining why it's head is so bloated. The paws give it away that it's a dog, and not a boar as I originally thought it was when first seeing the picture. The head is especially bloated, showing that the dog was alive before drowning in the water.

Take a look at the teeth in the top picture, then look at this river otter skull.
That's my best guess. John

No question it's an otter.

I question the pink nose. It certainly resembles an otter, but a pink nose seems a trait more readily seen in the mink.

I can't remember what they said it was, I think giant otter if they exist, the last time it washed ashore and was discovered.

Don't speak a word. But I bet the place is pronounced just like it's spelled.
John's guess: Kitchenuhmaykoosib--kitchen-uh-may-koo-sib how's that for going out on a limb
