The first week of June will feature magicians on the Craig Ferguson show. Only names I've seen announced are Ed Alonzo and Jamy Ian Swiss.

Ferguson follows the Letterman show on CBS. Set your Tivo.

What happened with the LaRaf act It must have got cut seems they were not on more then a minute ?? The Interview before they came out was nothing but a waste of time & boring who was that girl ? LaRafe started performing the zombie ball then his partner appeared & it was over. I thought at first he was from a Taco bell commercial then the Zombie started floating !! What did you guys think ?

I thought it was a parody of Siegfried and Roy, what with the pirate shirt and all. I thought the Zombie performance was competent but perfunctory and a strange choice for a national television show.

The shirt was embarrassing. The music was cheesy. The trick selection was that of an amateur. The whole thinkg seemed like a SNL skit, including the blonde guy posing at the end after doing nothing.

I was watching something on another channel and came back. I missed the introduction so after watching it I assumed I had missed half the act. They must have cut something out as I doubt they only performed the zombie. I hope the others acts don't get left on the cutting room floor.

That performance looked like a parody, like something you would see on SNL.

I can't believe those guys were serious, which makes it twice as funny. What is sad is that apparently those guys are getting a show in Vegas. Hopefully in the future what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

Jamy Ian Swiss was great, and Craig was genuinely digging the magic. His attitude was IMO so much more enthusiastic towards the performer. The magic was great, and I think we should be congratulating Jamy. Great performance!

Do another one.. do another one... to the extent CF bumped the comic was HUGE!!!

That Jamy was ready to "do another one" was also HUGE.

He was also quick on his feet and bantered with CF really well. Any nervousness was displaced by his mastery of the material that was not only well chosen but well presented. It wasn't flawless. The fumbling for the watch was uncomfortable but a real minor complaint. It seemed to sail right by,

Softer and more congenial than Letterman, Fergusen is a delightful audience.

Major home run for Mr Swiss. Hooray!

It was a real pleasure to see CF really enjoying the magic and wanting more. what a change from Letterman.
