I am almost ready to launch a new package entitled
"How To Be A Fake Psychic". In doing so, I am in need of a few choice individuals to review the product honestly. Due to the controversial nature of this product, I insist that in order to review the product you MUST not be offended by being a psychic for hire - or even talking to the dead. If this offends you, that is fine. This product is not for the weak of heart. The complete package can be seen here: Sevryn's Secrets The first to be reviewed will be The Online Psychic's Guide To Riches. It contains 9 transcripts of 5 star rated, paid readings: Chapter 1: JulieX19 I use my skills to tap into her boyfriend's mind Chapter 2: CarlyB Carly wants to know about love and find the one! Chapter 3: Hiccups She wants to know about a lost connection over the internet Chapter 5: Cloud7 A jerk ex-boyfriend abusing the cell phone bills Chapter 6: Sharlz Issues of trust in a business partnership Chapter 7: mj29 Looking for love and romance in her life Chapter 8: Thebekt This man has questions about infidelity Chapter 9: Druid Moon A chilling murder leaves a grieving son seeking answers and comfort. It also contains the where and how to start working and earning $. The file is located here, available for anyone to download. You can see a sample reading without any key. Those who want to review the full book please PM me and I will send you a temporary access key that will unlock the complete document. This is a 32bit Windows security app. You need to be able to run it to read the contents of the ebook. The Online Psychic's Guide To Riches - Dan P.S. Please don't try to buy the package from the site, it won't work. It's set for test mode only and is not ready to take orders. I will let you know when the package is available for sale. Oh, and there won't be any DRM on the MP3s so you can use them however you like. |

I wrote Daniel and asked for the Key to his book so I could review it and he was kind enough to send it along almost immediately.
I’m fascinated by psychic readings and have a pretty good library myself of decent resources including cold reading as well as legitimate or “trade” divination sources, like books on Tarot, Numerology and Palmistry. Daniel’s book, The Online Psychic’s Guide to Riches, is a collection of nine transcriptions from what is reported to be actual online psychic readings done for paying clients. Plus, there are introductory comments in a section called, The Beginning … and finally the book ends with a brief section titled The System, where Daniel discusses some of the real work of the psychic biz. The real value for me, are the client reading transcriptions. They have the appearance of an online chat session and give you a good idea of the type of work you’ll be doing, along with the kinds of questions you’ll get and the personalities of the clients you’ll encounter. It’s obvious as you read through this book that Daniel has been doing readings for a while and is skilled at handling clients. You’ll discover many gems among these sessions , like exercises you can suggest for your clients and even a few clever presentations you can co-opt for your own client readings. While I enjoyed reading the transcripts I felt that a discussion after the “reading,” like a post-mortem would increase the value of the information presented. This would give Daniel the opportunity to explain why he went down certain avenues with his clients and would be helpful for a newer reader. Plus, I think a more thorough discussion of the Online Psychic Reading Business in general, would have been a good idea. Many people are familiar with telephone psychics … but I don’t think that familiarity is as widespread with online readers. There are a few warts however, and I’ll briefly touch on them now. The first section, titled the Beginning, is a short segment containing some introductory comments, which I think could benefit greatly from some judicious editing. It rambles a bit and has many dissimilar thoughts crowding the text. For example, it can get confusing as to whether Daniel is discussing being a “performer, or a reader.” Focus and clarity is needed. But, since this section only accounts for about two pages … no big deal. The Final section of the book is devoted to the System. These are Daniel’s business success secrets, and he actually delivers what some might term, the “real work,” here. For example, Daniel tips actual Websites where you can go and set yourself up as an online reader and start making money. He dishes out advice about how to handle callers … how to get them to “hire you,” and ways to advance the reading even when you don’t get it exactly right. Overall all I felt this section was valuable, but could have been organized a little tighter. And, it really seems less like a “system,” and more like a discussion of “Best Practices.” Either way, it was good, actionable content and gave the impression that you were reading “inside stuff,” from a knowledgeable and experienced reader. Aside from the organizational issues, I would rate this book very highly for the valuable content and excellent reading examples you can model in your own practice. Oscar |

Thank you for taking the time to read through the document. It's through feedback like this that I am able to fine-tune, tweak and make my products better before releasing them for sale. I will be taking the time to address each concern before the package actually goes out and I will make sure the end result is what you all want.
Thank you once again for your review! - Dan |

Hey guys,
To clarify about the "bad" tarot cards, here is a part of the Tarot Tips from the fake psychic book (Which hasn't been reviewed yet). Generally speaking, I do Tarot readings in person. For online or on the phone, I can use any number of methods. From How To Be A Fake Psychic: Chuck, toss, burn, boil or bake the following cards: - Devil card - Death card - Hanged man - Fool Anyone who picks the death card will be scared. Inducing fear in a client is a sure way to shorten his life. As a growing mentalist, I went through the phase of doing things for shock value. There’s a time and place for everything. If you want to be a good tarot reader you must have the same qualities as a good therapist. Seriously, you don’t need those cards. Sometimes people are scared of any card with a sword on it. Remember, symbolism is culture specific. For example, western culture associates bats with rabies, blood and vampires. In Chinese culture, the word for bat is fu, and is identical to the sound of the word for good fortune. In many parts of China the symbolism of the bat represents a blessing, that of wealth, health, love of virtue, old age, and a wish for death by natural causes. To answer your question about how long I've been doing readings, I started doing telephone readings (using psychological methods) in Calgary for the first time in 2005. Prior to that I researched the occult and spiritualism for over 10 years. I've just recently become a certified hypnotist. I also practice Qigong and Taijiquan and I sometimes apply Taoist principles to my readings. |

You need to learn how to read and understand tarot before you start selling products. That has to be the worst advice I've ever seen on the subject.
You also need to learn how to manage people. If you are getting people scared by picking any of the tarot then I suggest its part of you that you need to toss not the tarot. |

Oh and I agree with MP - that's terrible advice in my opinion, to discard cards from the tarot - especially the major arcana...

The more astute of you will notice that the product is called "How To Be A Fake Psychic". I also provide MP3s of actual Tarot sessions as part of the package, 2 of which are available for free right on the front page. The proof is in the pudding, as the say. I'm not about to get into a debate about the ethics of removing cards - I suppose that will still elude a few people.

So your advocating get rid of 4 of the Major Arcana in a Tarot Deck?
Dan, don't take this the wrong way but I have been studying in spiritualism for a very long time and in my years of study. One would know that spiritualism is about talking with the dead. Why would you remove DEATH, THE HANGED MAN, THE DEVIL and THE FOOL from spiritualism is beyond me. See the Arcana of Spiritualism by Hudson Tuttle for more on what Spiritualism is. Hudson Tuttle was a guy who was around during the spiritualism and one of the first people to sell a talking board to the masses. What the old Tao saying when three different people are asked to taste vinegar. "Oh hum Vinegar". So if the attitude is everything is what it is and nothing more. How is this applied to Spiritualist View Point? I am really starting to question your view point of spiritualism and psychic reading. I am with MP and Iain one this one. Something is very strange here. |

Why are you delivering the content via an executable? I'm afraid that I am very suspicious whenever I see a product in such a form. The potential for abuse is simply too great.
The site mentions a PDF. Is the full product a PDF? Or do you advertise a PDF and supply an exe? Why are you offering the sample in exe format?

I wonder why you kept The Tower into the deck...
Then you'll rise right before my eyes, on wings that fill the sky, like a phoenix rising!

I believe this contribution by Daniel will delight people who are looking for scripts with the use of cold reading techniques.
The provision of several scripts on the common topics is very useful especially for beginners who are intending to go venture in cold reading. Although the author provides the whole script but I would advise to twit it to your persona. Certain lines could be picked up as well to add into your magic/mentalism repertoire. Great advises for beginner to start out their career as an online psychic. The author also list down the common types of people who wish to receive their readings, the list of steps to take when giving a reading, how to handle annoying people and what you should do if you have screwed up your online persona. The focus of the book is on the scripting of the readings, hence the advice section is kind of short. It could be elaborated much more as well to build up the confidence of giving a readings. |
