My new table (All Cellini style) was done today. A friend made the painting on the underside. I have some pictures on my blog - but the writing is in swedish. You'll get the idea from the pictures though.

Hope you like it. I am very pleased with the result.

Very nice...when table is folded, it appears the brown leather strap can be used to carry it over your shoulder...can you attach table top so the painting shows while carrying it?

Thanks everyone!

imgic: The strap you are refering to is indeed there for me to carry the table. I am planning on having some bars placed so that I can fasten the artwork on the folded table. Right now, that is not the way I transport my gear so it is not needed right now. But in time.

That artwork alone will make people notice you!!!
You should feel an extra dose of confidence with your new setup.
Enjoy!

Your contributions here are consistently some of my favorites Ark. I really like what you've added to this community. The table base is cleanly designed and well proportioned...the artwork...masterful.

I've built many tables for street performers and am always taken back by how beautiful "simple" can really be. It's an inspiration.

Thanks for posting and offering us a glimpse at what you've got going on!

Looks great, what kind of wood is it made from? The art work is a real attention getter.
