I watched a bit of it earlier tonight but drifted off to sleep.
I'n not sure the name of the show - it was advertised as 'Breaking The Magicians Code' but during the show it was constantly called 'Magic's Biggest Secrets Revealed'. If this is Valentino I don't know why anyone ever bothered to protest - he is boring and clumsy beyond belief - watching the poor thing trying to lift his frame into a milk can, I really felt sorry for him. And most of the tricks I saw exposed, he exposed decades old methods, mostly now replaced by more devious trickery. I agree he shouldn't be doing it but I wonder if anyone watches it - I must try and find some figures, but I was really surprised by how boring he made something that, while wrong, could have had real pizzaz. Not once was there a WOW - or - Oh ****! moment. |
