I thought the "classic" Bank Nite was without any board... Just empty hands and some innocent envelopes (one of them full of money!)
Then you'll rise right before my eyes, on wings that fill the sky, like a phoenix rising!

Never heard of a Bank Night Board before. Is this just something else unnecessary to complicate Bank Night's simplicity an appeal? Hmmm...

Yes... I knew about Tarbell.
However I have mixed feelings about this prop. Luckily, later today I'm going to be shown one in real-time action... and then I'll report back!

Ok, I saw one live…
The design is impeccable, the working is swift and I must admit that I’m tempted now to get one myself. I still prefer not use anything else than envelopes for a Bank Nite (but that is a personal choice of mine) however after I saw it in action I have several ideas on how I could improve a lot of routines thru the use of this board. If you aren’t as creative as I am, just look thru Magick or the Jinx and you’ll find dozens of effects that can be made CLEANER with this updated board. Bill, my hat to you for your amazing work. You made me a believer!

Thanks Paolo, I am happy you found the concept interesting. I also agree with you about using this board to perform cleaner versions of many classic effects.
I have even created a couple new adaptations of classic plots since using this board. Now there is no get ready moves need prior to the slights, since the board does the work after the free selections are made. Also, about the modified design you can now walk into the audience for the selections with out having anything seen. Thanks |

BOARD DIMENSIONS: * Length: 12" (30.5cm) * Width: 9" (22.9cm) * Depth: 0.625" (1.6cm) this is perfect...a great size, my old board was more rectangular - and this board gives it a subtle heft to it..it looks just as it should, a simple yet elegant little wooden board... I love the darkness/richness of the wood used, it actually does a great job of adding a shadow to the secret part if you ever accidently 'flashed'...hiding it a little for you... only got it the other tonight, but may well be road-testing it this weekend...it even fits some photos I've been dabbling with recently too... I can't use the word 'prop' - it sticks in my craw in this case...i'll just say its a lovely, simple, elegant looking wooden board! well done to ben too, as well as bill... 9/10 - does the job its supposed to perfectly.
