I have done a quick search on this, but couldn't see anything obvious. Apologies if it's been answered before.

Apart from Blackpool, are there any other large magic conventions/gatherings in the UK?

Thanks,

Phil

There is the S.E.M.C which is starting again next year:-

There are also a few 'Days Of Magic scattered here and there.

My event calendar ( http://www.magicnook.com/calendar/calendar.htm ) shows a couple of UK conventions coming in September (Kidology and the British Ring Convention), but if you yearn for the companionship of fellow magicians, plus a chance to learn some new magic, then you might try one of the many UK lectures from my Lecture Calendar ( http://www.magicnook.com/calendar/lectures.htm ), practically every month from now until November.

Hi Phil,
there will be the IBM British Ring Convention in Eastbourne in September.
Check the British Ring Homepage for more information.
I always enjoy the Ring conventions.

You can also check out our site http://www.magicconventionguide.com which lists all the magic conventions we're told about..

UK wise.. there IBM British Ring convention (http://www.magicconventionguide.com/category/ibm-eastbourne-2010/)

also International Magic Convention in London.

Portsmouth Jumbo Day... and others...

best idea is to look at our map - http://www.magicconventionguide.com/conv......on-maps/

find the UK.. and see what we're listing at the moment... or.. subscribe to our twitter feed ( http://www.twitter.com/magicconvention ) and you'll get updated on everything we add..
