I ordered the Mighty Mini Chameleon yesterday and I'm waiting on the mail now. I have waiting for awhile now on this one and finally was able to order it! I will write a review when I get it and had a chance to go over it with some practice.

I heartily endorse the TMI Wallet. Bear in mind that it is designed for performances and isn't designed to use as an everyday wallet. I don't think that really matters, but I want to be clear. It does look like your everyday wallet when you perform it, though. Larry has it set up that way and that's part of its deception. There is one included routine that you can do close up if you want to, and it is just as effective as if you did it from stage/platform. It is a real "stunner"! I just did this routine Tuesday night for a small private party. I was seated at a table with several people from the mayor's office. Killer. I have come up with a couple of other close up routines, but I will be using it from stage, at least primarily.
There are several routines that Larry gives you that you can do with it and the routines are very good. I will be using it in conjunction with a magic square routine (original) from stage. The wallet is well made and comes to you set up for an effect, gaffs in place. If you have Stunners Plus, you can read the workings.
Best regards,

Mini Chameleon really is a beautiful looking piece - and certainly functions as expected. I owned an original Viking version, but really prefer this, smaller edition.

I'm tracking my Mini now and it should be here tomorrow. As anyone who knows me knows I'm a huge fan of Larry Becker and his wonderful creations. But this one is one that I've been wanting for some time. So I get to wait out one more night (like a little kid) and then before I know it the sun will rise and it will be tomorrow! Then the phone calls to my beautiful wife Amy will start every 5 minutes to see if "the mail" came yet---then that wonderful call "Hi honey---guess what" It's here!" Then home I go to practice. Of course I will write my review to everyone but I honestly believe this will be a most treasured piece of mentalism to me. A real gem from a real gem of a man!

Eric, thank you on behalf of Larry Becker and I know he will be very happy that you appreciate his work so much. Larry and I spent many hours working on the Mighty Mini Chameleon so please enjoy and treasure 1 of only 50 that have been made.

Well the BIG day finally got here! You know this kind of feeling does NOT come along often enough. I have what I consider to be some very fine effects. I have some effects that I was not sure how they worked when I bought them and then was happy to see how they worked and what they looked like when they arrived. I've had some that showed up and I thought "Well that does not look like the picture at all." What I'm saying is I, like most of us, have run the full circle of "feelings" from "thrilled" to "oh brother". Now I know, as I have shared with everyone, I was already feeling really good and pumped about this. And I fully understand how some may believe there may be a little "bias" in this review---but I assure you there is none at all. So with that stated let me begin my review:
1) The Mighty Mini Chameleon Chest is an absolute thing of beauty! The workmanship is without doubt second to none. The hinges are wonderfully recessed (sp?) and the wood has a good solid feel to it. The finish is gorgeous! The velvet covered inside is beautifully done and the lock works nice and smooth. 2) The instructions are written in a nice easy to follow manner (nothing new to Larrys' style of explaining his effects). There are some nice handling tips he gives and a nice Bonus Effect. I personally will use the first routine he covers in the instructions which I knew about from Larry's Stunners Plus book. The name of the effect in his book is called "Number Necromancy". All the routines are well thought out and appear to be very entertaining. 3) The Chest itself works very smoothly. Like all magic/mentalism props the more you work with it the more you will know how to properly cover the areas that are important to you and move along in a natural manner. The Chest makes this very easy to achieve. With that said I do have one gripe. Every time I have to spell CHAMELEON I always have to recheck the spelling! But even with the gripe I still rate this effect as a 10 out of 10. Plus with only 50 made it will naturally be a piece of mentalism that will feel special just to have (I speak now from a collectors point of view). Larry and Tony did a great job and I thank them very much. This is one mentalist effect I'm very proud to own. I absolutely HIGHLY recommend this. Good magic to all, Eric |

Mighty Mini is stunning. I'm speculating on seeing the exterior finish, hardware, and lining, that it's manufactured to Mr. Becker's specifications and direction by Magic Wagon. Just a guess on my part.
If so, that's a huge plus in my book. As with most MW effects, I'm torn between displaying it and using it!
Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.

It is a good idea to show the actual products in a video on YouTube.
Really appreciated. Thanks. Quote:

I'd like to add just one more thing about the Mighty Mini Chameleon Chest. The videos are indeed very good as far as being able to see how beautiful this item is. But when you are actually holding it and seeing it as it were in person---you REALLY can see the workmanship in this. I'm going over some different ways to handle this in a performance and the ease of the chest makes this so very simple.

The quality on the two boxes is exquisite. I may have to pony up the cash for that Boxxed II. It looks like a killer effect.

My review of the Mighty Mini Chameleon
from http://www.amirasideas.com Today ,a nice surprise came into my home. (The mailman is like Santa for us...) A mysterious box. I open it and BOOM ! A beautiful and wonderful Mighty Mini Chamelon Chest from Larry Becker, manufactured by Tony Curtis. Price: £195.00 at http://www.tonycurtismagic.com/mightyminichameleon.html Original description: Imagine handing out several business cards and pencils. The chosen spectators are now asked to secretly jot down any four digit number. For example, the year of their birth or the last four digits of their telephone number. The cards are then folded, sealed shut and placed in the locked chest through a small slot by each spectator. The box is shaken mixing the sealed business cards inside. Any spectator is now handed a key and then asked to open the chest and remove anyone of the folded business cards. With his back turned, the performer asks the spectator to open the selected card and then to concentrate on the four digit number written inside. The performer begins to describe the meaning of the digits and finally writes them down, unseen on a large pad. The spectator is asked to call out the numbers on the selected card. The performer shows what he wrote on the pad and the numbers are identical to the ones called out by the spectator. Mighty Mini Chameleon is capable of numerous effects and routines. Everything from design duplication to Q&A. With nothing suspicious to see, and no flap in the lid means the entire interior and exterior of Mighty Mini Chameleon can be viewed by the spectators. Mighty Mini Chameleon is a masterpiece of workmanship with its exotic veneer wood mirror like finish and gleaming stainless hardware with recessed hinges. The professional's dream piece. Comes complete with full instructions. Only 50 where made and just 5 remain available. My opinion: What can I say? Is a Larry Becker product... come on! Is a thing of incredible beauty. The mechanism for sw·%"%ng is smooth, and looks incredible hands-off. You just need to hold the box and all the work is done. You can have the box closed with a key and you can still do all the work! . This box will not hold too many billets. For a good reason is called "Mini". Can working beautifully in close up and parlor. For stage can work but as I say , with a maximum of 10-15 billets. I still need to play with this and see the possibilities. Comes with a few ideas in a 9 pages pamphlet . Very nice ideas ! Rate: 9,7/10 A cheap product? No, but really worth every peso for quality. Im very glad that isn't available for everyone. Tony only had 5 more boxes available. Incredible happy with my purchase. TOTALLY Recommended
