You have been no help, from what you just said it appears to me that Futural is really Winston Churchill.

Sir Winston never wore a RED dress (nor a green one either) and certainly never grew horns.

No more can be said or I may get a knock on the door in the dead of night.

And that would be far from jolly.

One thing that I really like about people from the other side of the pond is their great sense of humor. I'm not going to name any names, but they know who they are.

Sedona's close enough to my neck of the woods - perhaps someone I've met would kindly lift the flap of the tent for me to sneak in. 8>)

How far do you live from Sedona? What would be the closest Airport?

You mean there's a town there? All I ever hear people talk about is the beautiful vistas. I thought just vistas lived there.

Does anyone know exactly where in Sedona this convention is being held?

I hear names mentioned on the grapevine. Lectures from these people, some of whom post here.

Sounds like quite an exclusive gathering.

Sedona is an actual town of over 11,000 people. They have hotels and everything.

I first heard of it because I worked for a great guy, now dead, who owned a huge chunk of the place. He had strip malls and buildings and apartment complexes, so before I knew it was some spiritual hole I knew it had laundry mats.

It is a major tourist location.

Of course you know who he is. We all know who he is. Some think he's not here. Rather illusive. They seek him here. They seek him there. Actually, he's never really been away. He's in disguise. A RED dress now with little horns growing out of his head.

But for reasons we are not allowed to discuss he's supposed not to be here. And we are also not allowed to say who he is or mention his name or discuss him in any way. So we won't.

Instead we will "Be like Dad and keep Mum" as we said when the Fuhrer was watching and listening and trying to bomb us into submission.

We never surrendered.

Huh?

Sedona is about 4 hours away from me. According to Yahoo Maps, it's 115 miles north of Phoenix, and about 30 miles south of Flagstaff. Phoenix has the major airport with more carriers, but Flag has an airport too. Sedona also has an airport, but I'd personally trust Flag's more. I've been through the Phoenix airport, but neither Flag or Sedona.

It is up in the mountains, so if it's winter there will be ice and possibly snow. You'll want a 4WD rental. Might not be a bad idea even if it isn't winter, depending on where you'd like to go sight-seeing.

I was invited but time constraints are keeping me from attending. Wish I could get the time off to do so. Should a miracle occur and I pay off all my debts, I will retire and be there. Until then, I am stuck here.

Your topic has gone "Poof" and vanished Mr. Northbridge. Must have a ridiculous thread in the first place.

I don’t know what is so ridiculous about informing the magic community about a group of magicians coming together to teach, learn, and inspire. And letting everyone know how they can be a part of if they wished. I must have missed something.
