I don't know how I missed this over the years, but somehow I did.

Thank-you for posting this; Copperfield was and still is one of the best storytellers around.

Yeah, that's my favorite Copperfield story. Get's to me every time I watch it. I too wish he would do more of these great pieces. Guess it's not what the excitement and violence saturated general public wants to see these days. Again, thanks for posting that link.

The Emily story moved me to tears.

Another one that moves me is Kiki Tay's version of the Snowstorm. I now use this, with Kiki's permission, in my own show. There are some performances I can barely get through it without crying myself.
