I have a Medical-type of rolling tray that you'd see at a dr's office or dentists.
The base and the chrome initially attached to it would make a great rolling table base. How can I put a flange on the telescoping tube to fix it to a table top? Any help would be great! |

Without know much of anything about the tube, I can only offer some possiblities...
1) Have the end of the tube threaded to accept a flange. 2) Insert the tube through the center of the flange, drill holes from the sides and either use set screws or pop rivets to lock the flange to the tube. 3) Tack weld the two parts together.
