Lol. Though my favourite as a kid was the one with DareDevil. Though I don't know why they made DD just a guy in a black leotard.
Won't have to wait long to see this battle done justice with the new Thor movie, and The Avengers coming.

It has happened several times throughout Thor history, however, when he does not have the hammer, no one else can pick it up- he's the only one who can lift it. Nevertheless, without it, The Hulk eats him for breakfast.

At least on other character wielded Thor's hammer. I was asking if anyone else recalled if there were others.

Interesting, I was unaware of this. Who else could pick up Odin's hammer?

MANY different individuals have wielded Thor's Hammer. The key is IF they be WORTHY. Hell, even Wonderwoman, who isn't even in the same multiverse, has held the Hammer.

They used the Hulk movies to spin off a few characters for pilots. None of them worked. Daredevil in black spandex was kinda acceptable though the Kingpin was totally off.
The Thor story really didn't work. Don Blake was a student of David Banner's and knew him from there. He finds the hammer and can use it to call Thor who's NOT a god, just a warrior who ticked off Odin and got placed into the hammer until he proves himself worthy of entering Valhalla. Thor and Don Blake both exist at the same time. (In fact, Thor has a complaint to Blake at one point that he's only allowed out of the hammer when Blake needs him to do some "hero" thing. They never get to just go "out." So there's a montage of Thor and Don pup-crawling. I'm not kidding.)

Jonathan: Captain America picked up Thor's hammer.
Can't remember the comic this happens in but it's some where in one of the many thousands I have that make up my comic nerd collection.

That clip of hulk vs. Thor really bit the big one. The main problem was money. The special effects needed to show the destruction that would have happened when they fought would be very expensive. In the Avengers movie, I hope it is made clear that the Hulk can hit Thor, throw Thor, **** Thor off, but can not kill him or even really hurt him. He is a God for goodness sake. Hulk is the strongest human in the world by far, but still human.
