Did a search with a Monkey being the only results.
I purchased a set of ChoCho balls from Magic Inc. It is two chrome balls about 1 3/4 in size and a leather pouch with a belt loop to carry the set. Does anyone know the history and/or routine on this set. Thanks for your time. JerryB |

If you post this in the historical section, maybe someone will respond.

Bill, thanks, I begining to believe there is no answer. The set is too mysterious.
I emailed Magic Inc. In the product picture it look like it came with a small booklet (although the description made no claims it was included) by I close-up artist whose name I can not recall. I like the fact that I can carry them on my belt, although it is a bit geeky (have to wear them well in back, even still) and it was a good size to practice with, hence the purchase. After a some research, I believe it was just some baording balls that were repackage and it just did not take off. JerryB |

Baording Balls are more commonly known as Chinese Health balls.
You can get them in different sizes, hollow or solid (without the twinkle sound). JerryB |

I see. You meant Baoding balls. The R threw me.

This has nothing to do with the original topic, but I went through Baoding, China on my way to Beidaihe which is where the Great Wall meets the Pacific Ocean. I bought several sets of Baoding Balls while I was there. I suspect some of the ones displayed were really made other places in China, but Baoding still has craftsmen who earn their living by making the genuine balls. I have one large set that fit perfectly in a chop cup made by Eric Hansen. They make for unusual final loads.
Magic is where you find it.....
