Finally took the Zibit Show out for the first time this weekend at a local fair using the classic Higley set up.
Absolutely a GREAT day!! Watching the peoples reactions was the best part. Nothing like having fun AND making money :-D This little show will be seeing a lot of work in the coming seasons. Thanks Doug!! |

Those of you with Higley Zibits...get ready to capitalize on approximately a million dollars spent in media promotion, Radio, TV and Newspaper. Can't reveal yet but Oct. 1st will be the start in 16 States (coast to coast) and 26 locations (One in Canada). After the Oct. promo ends you should be in Zibit heaven as far as credibility goes and recognition in those areas. This is bigger than the Royal Tour.
Yipe!

I think that it's miniature Atomic Death Worms on fishing lines a la Squirmels or the little rubber mice.
If it's not...then there's a seed. Chris |

I'm just closing my eyes and whacking at the air, hoping to feel that solid thud before hearing the clamor that follows candy hitting all over the floor
That, and I like the idea of pitching Death Worms Chris |

Reminds me of george The Giant's FUNNY Pinata bit on AGT. George should dump the sideshow crap and go into stand up! Funny guy!

I only know of one source who specifically promotes "multimillion dollar advertising coast to coast" for October-specific businesses, so I may be starting to see the wizard's trousers peeking out from behind the curtain.

How it is in the Northeast part of PA.
...if anyone is near the Wilkes-Barre area of PA don't forget about The Sideshow Gathering http://www.thesideshowgathering.com/ coming up this November 5,6, and 7. My zibit usually makes a brief appearance to help raise some funds for the performers. Michael aka Professor Fountain |

Unfortunately, the exact opposite corner: "kittycorner" if you will.
Does this have anything to do with a guy named Larry, a Travel Channel annual TV show, and the marketing amalgamation that goes with a particular branding of haunted houses? Just curious. |

Sorry...no Larry here.
The Sideshow Gathering is a three days of performances by the weird and wonderful folks who perform: stunts like the human blockhead and sword swallowing, escapes like the strait-jacket and 100' of rope, and illusions like the blade box and Spidora. It is a really fun time to see so many different folks doing different takes on classics and varied new material. Plus we have guests like James Taylor who publishes "Shocked and Amazed" and Al Stencell who just wrote a book about the history of sideshows titles "Circus and Carnival Ballyhoo : Sideshow Freaks, Jabbers and Blade Box Queens." Plus there is an auction where you can bid on stuff that even if you never knew it existed you need...like a cabinet card of Laloo, a giants shoe, an entire miniature circus sideshow, etc. etc. Also you can get tattooed day or night by great tattoo artists and see their work being made right before your eyes. Hang out with the fans and performers and then cut up some jackpots after the show. Michael |

This has NOTHING to do with Sideshow or Haunted attractions of any kind. This is completly outside the box and completly INSANE. All will be revealed soon.
The main point for anyone now showing a Zibit... most of these areas are NOT in your immediate locale. Some might be, not sure BUT a fortune in advertising will be put into it...a week after it's over most folks will not remember where they heard it or what it was related to...so you get to cash in on the recognition if it exists and I think it will...big time. You should think of adding a small sign...AS SEEN ON TV. heh heh heh Just like if you were sharp, you'ld have a sign that said "Appeared Before The Crowned Heads Of Europe!" haha
