No time frame. I am going to see how it does on the Iphone first before I release the other versions. Android will be the first and then on from there.

No the Android is not ready yet. I am going to wait until the iphone version is released. The Android version is proving challenging since there are several versions. Stay tuned.

Does this currently work with the Ipod Touch?

IF you have a speaker it will but I am working on an update for the itouch and ipad

My Ipod Touch does have a speaker. My only concern was how the phone number is to be dialed since the Itouch isn't a phone and has no stock dialpad. I will definitely be getting this though, I'll keep an eye out for the update.
