I'm a 'firebug' when it comes to food:

Mexican
Sechuan
Indian
Cajun

Hot-hotter-hottest.

And yes, I used to do fire eating.

I'm kinda partial to Steak and my wife's dry roast potatoes, and the good thing is it is all low fat! Woo Hoo.

I never thought that I would find low fat food that tastes good!

As I finished what was probably my last day at my most recent tech writing contract, an engineer brought in a huge tray of fresh, homemade bisquits and a pot of white-eye sausage gravy as a contribution to pre-Xmas office snacking.

It was just what I needed before braving the growing winter storm I drove home through.

Steak au Poivre (fillet mignon with cracked pepper) is my best meal ever.

If we're talking restaraunt food, barbequed ribs from a local fish place (go figure). If we're talking homemade, then it's my mom's tuna casserole with exta topping.
