Hey, I was on TV a few nights ago on Top Chef: Just Desserts. Skip all the drama crap, here's the link.

The first segment starts at around 23:13 and the second is at around 34:50.

Some or all of us outside of the U.S. are unable to view that video.

Why are you swallowing swords?

Are you trying to induce vomiting after tasting some of the dishes?

If you are outside of the US, you can't use Hulu.

I was swallowing swords because that's what I was hired to do.

Let me try again. Remember, I can't view the video. Why was there a sword swallower on Top Chef? Is that done on every episode? Was there any particular reason why a sword swallower was on just that one episode? Was it a circus spectacular special?

Oh, sorry. They were making desserts inspired by this circus troup and the troup would then come in and try the desserts and the winner and loser picked. This circus troup was kind of like Cirque De Soliel on acid. The only problem was they were shown so quickly you couldn't absorb anything.

Yeah, sorry for not explaining...

I wish that we would have been featured a bit more, but all's well that ends well. Check cleared.

It's funny, the chefs weren't even on set when we filmed the initial performance, they watched a video of it. But with the editing it made them seem like they were.
