Received my notice yesterday and looking forward to receiving the book. Just curious why I paid an extra $10 for shipping and it's being delivered Media Mail. For $10 I'd expect Priority shipping.

Though I've ordered a copy, I'd like to hear some reviews on the essays and never-before-released material. My copy is coming via Media Mail and should arrive... sometime in January?

Thanks folks. Just ordered "a number of years ago," had emailed Todd to confirm that he did have my current address, never heard back....and fearful whose innocent hands this book of wonders might fall into....(not to mention my large $$ investment...)
