It's a classic with a new twist in presentation. All comments are well received. Thanks. |

Darshwood, You come across here as a likeable and hence watchable performer.
However as a presentational device, the idea of 'this-isn't really-happening-it's-all an-illusion' as applied to the torn and restored newspaper is not 'new twist'. Many have used this ploy before from Doug Henning to Geoffrey Durham and many others inbetween and possibly/probably before and after too. It would be interesting to know if anyone knows who first came up with this presentational idea and when.

Hey Neal:
Thanks for the feedback and the link. I have definitely seen Geoffrey Durham's version before. I actually have no idea who came up with this presentational concept... It was actually the way it was taught to me by my uncle so many years ago. My "new twist" is adding the philosophical mysticism theme. Do you know of anyone else that discusses the teachings of the Baghavad Gita or quotes Albert Einstein while tearing up a newspaper? I would love to know that is original. Thanks so much, Darsh |

I for one liked it a lot. I take it this is not an isolated effect, but part of a bigger performance?
Ciao for now Erik

I found it very relaxing & entertaining! The music fit to your presentation very well! Who was the music by? The newspaper tear reminded me of a method by Gene Anderson?

Believe it or not... I got this music from the soundtrack folder on some cheap video editing software. I use it all the time now!

And yes... this was Gene Anderson's method.
