or you could get a bag from hobby lobby take out your balloons wrap the bag around them and use rubber bands and just shove them in tight.
or an old suitcase with poster board and some elastic with fasteners every so often to separate the colors
there are a million ideas to choose from you just have to find one that works for you

My first balloon bag was a diaper bag I found at Goodwill. It got lots of good comments from the Mom's Now I use a busker bag from twistem up.

I just bought the Kangaroo Keeper at Walmart. It is sold online http://www.kangarookeeper.com You get two purse/bag organizers, a larger and a smaller one, and they have all these wonderful pockets, for all those specialty balloon sizes and colors. I haven't set it up yet, but I think that it will work great.
