Looks like an old Gwynne/Grant 6 foot Guillotine to me. Very little to go wrong, unless it is damaged. If you're wondering how to set it for performance, PM me.

Not much to go wrong. If it has blades cut at an angle it is a Mak Magic. If the blades are straight cut then it is a White Magic Guillotine. (I think)
